MSDNAA Software for CS Students

A great resource provided to all Computing Science students at Simon Fraser University is the ability to legitimately download, burn and install free software through the CSIL labs.

All students enrolled in a Computing Science course, or an applicable CS program at SFU, are eligible to receive free Microsoft software through the Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) partnership.

Using the MSDNAA Website you can access a multitude of free software. Windows 7 Professional variants, Visual Studios and many others are all freely available to students. I highly recommend all new students take a minute to check out the site to see if there's is any software they could use in their studies.
